Football Defeats Hamilton

FINALE WITH SYCAMORE HAS BIG PLAYOFF IMPLICATIONS! The Thunderhawks got back to their winning ways last Friday with a smashing of Hamilton by a final of 47-14. Lakota East wasn’t looking ahead to this coming week’s big GMC battle with West on Friday as they smashed Oak Hills 41-3. The Hawks used a strong ground attack against the Highlanders, rushing for more than 334 yards in the contest. The East defense held OH to only 141 total yards on the night. QB

Princeton gets a “hail mary” TD as time expired in the fourth quarter to defeat the Hawks 30-28 last Friday at Princeton. The final TD was the fourth lead change in an exiting GMC contest.
