Lakota East opened the GMC schedule this past Friday and held at Mason, defeating the Comets 20-14. East got things started in the 2nd quarter with two TD scores on a 1-yard dash by Tavier Lugo-Flowers and a Josh Thornhill 4-yard run. Mason added a score also and it was 14-7 at the half. Gavin


Lakota East Football outlasted Kettering Fairmont on Friday, 14-6, to post their first win of the season. The Turpin Spartans took down the Lakota East Thunderhawks in their first high school football game of the season by two touchdowns, 35-21.
