GIRLS BOWLING FALLS TO HIGHLANDERS AND MND

The Varsity Girls Bowling team (2 – 5) lost a conference match against (7 -1) Oak Hills on Tuesday @ Western Bowl. The girls were led by Senior Danielle Bustle and Junior Kayla Harvey. ————– On Wednesday the gals lost a shortened match due to time constraints to non-conference Mount Notre Dame by 28 pins.

GIRLS BOWLING DEFEATS PRINCETON

 The Varsity Girls Bowling team (2 – 3) won their conference match against Princeton on Wednesday @ Mason Bowl. The girls were led by 3-year Varsity bowler, Junior Sophia Varelman with games of 160 and 178. Next up for your Thunderhawks on Tuesday, January 14th vs Oak Hills at Western Bowl.

Michael Gehr and Danielle Bustle Named Putters Athletes of the Week

MICHAEL GEHR Michael is a junior on the Lakota East Boys Bowling Team Michael has helped the boys bowling team get off to a 4-1 start early in the 2019-20 season.  He rolled a 412 two-game series in a win over GMC rival Mason.  Gehr bowled a 245 career high game at the Big Blue

The Varsity Girls Bowling team (1 – 3) lost a conference match against (4 – 0) Hamilton 2319, Lakota East 1595  on Wednesday. The girls were led by Senior Danielle Bustle and Junior Kayla Harvey. Next up for your Thunderhawks Wednesday, January 8th vs Princeton @ Mason Bowl.  

GIRLS BOWLING OPENS SEASON WITH CLOSE LOSS AT MASON

The Varsity Girls Bowling squad (0 – 1) lost a close match against conference rival Mason 1731-1677 on Monday, Dec. 18th.  Senior Danielle Bustle led the ladies in scoring with a 261 two-game series. Other recent event recaps: East defeated Talawanda by forfeit 1589-0 on Nov. 19th. East girls bowling fell to Turpin on Nov.

ANNA SCHAMBOW QUALIFIES FOR DISTRICT AS #1!

GIRLS BOWLING  ANNA SCHAMBOW QUALIFIES FOR DISTRICT AS #1! The Great News: Senior Anna Schambow qualified as the Top #1 Singles bowler. She will be representing East at Districts, Thursday, Feb. 28th at Beaver-Vu Lanes.  Congratulations Anna! Division I Girls – Five (5) girls teams and five (5) individuals will qualify for the state championship.

Girls Bowling Defeats Mason

HAWK GIRLS END REGULAR SEASON at 7-6 The Varsity Girls Bowling squad (7 – 6) beat conference opponent Mason (1964 – 1772) on Senior night at Mason Bowl on Wednesday. Seniors Caleigh Clapsaddle and Sophomore Sophia Varelmann led the gals with solid scores! This is a 7 game improvement over the 2018 season!!!! Good luck
