NICK EDKINS NICK IS A SENIOR ON THE EAST BOYS LACROSSE TEAM Nick recently became the all-time leading goal scorer for the East boys LAX program.  He scored 5 goals in a win against West which included #100 for his career as a Thunderhawk.  Nick will play college LAX next year at Ohio Northern University.

Softball Earns Tournament Win

East opened tournament play on Monday with a convincing 13-0 victory over the Warriors.  Jess Church’s (4-1) perfect game bid was broken up with only 1 out remaining.  She ended up with a 1-hitter and struck out 7.  The Hawks scored 4 in the first and 8 in the second to cruise to the victory. 

Softball Shuts Out Notre Dame Academy

East defeated Notre Dame Academy 10-0 on Saturday to conclude their 2018 regular season schedule. After a slow start, East broke open a close 2-0 game in the bottom of the 4th scoring 4 times.  The Hawks also scored 4 in the bottom of the 5th to run-rule the Pandas.  East took a 1-0 lead
