Gymnastics 4th at Oak Hills

CITY CHAMPIONSHIPS ON SATURDAY East Gymnastics finished fourth at the Oak Hills Quad on Feb. 8th. A highlight was that Lydia Brengelmanhade the highest floor score with an 8.35. She also led the team on vault, beam, and bars. Next up for East Gymnastics is the City Championships on Saturday, Feb. 16th.

Girls Bowling Falls to Little Miami

The Varsity Girls Bowling squad (6 – 6) lost a close match against non-conference opponent Little Miami Monday 2034 – 2011. Seniors Caleigh Clapsaddle and Anna Schambow led the gals with solid scores! The girls will complete their season against Mason on Wednesday. Boys Bowling Loses to Little Miami

The Varsity Boys Bowling squad (2 – 10) ran into a buzz saw and lost to non-conference opponent Little Miami Monday (2491 – 2344). Sophomore Michael Gehr led the squad with a 230 High Game and a 421 2 game series. Freshman’s Mars Swader and Alex Swinney also posted solid individual scores. Congrats! Next up

Girls Basketball Closes Out Regular Season

The East girls basketball team fell to Lakota West 68-20 in their final regular season contest on Saturday. The Hawks will look to continue their 18-19 campaign in the upcoming postseason. Lakota East secured the #18 seed in the upcoming Sectional at Sycamore HS. They will play the winner of the Mercy/McAuley vs. Hamilton contest
