Boys Volleyball Finishes Season with Loss to Fairmont

The Thunderhawks ended their season last night in a disappointing loss to Kettering Fairmont (23-25, 18-25, 23-25). Junior Tyler Harsch had an impressive 12 digs. Senior Kalen White had 8 kills and junior Bryan Keebler had 7. They finished the season 14-6.

Boys Tennis Finishes Season at Sectionals

The East Boys Tennis team concluded their season yesterday at Mason. While several players won first round matches at sectionals, no Thunderhawks advanced to district this year. East Wins First Outright Challenge Trophy

Lakota East High School has claimed their first outright East-West Challenge trophy in the 2012-13 sports season.  The Thunderhawks will take possession of the traveling trophy that represents the school who wins more “head-to-head” athletic events during a current school year.  Each athletic program earns points towards their yearly total after competing in 22 interscholastic

Boys Tennis Finishes 4th at GMC Tournament

Lakota East placed 4th in the 2013 GMC tennis tournament, overcoming an unlucky draw that had the Hawks facing the #1 seeds in the quarterfinals of three of the five divisions. Boys Lacrosse beats Seven Hills

The boys lacrosse team had another exciting game on Friday night that resulted in a victory, improving their record to 7-8. They prevailed over the Seven Hills Stingers, 6-5.
