PLAY SECTIONAL FINAL VS. FAIRFIELD TONIGHT!
The Lakota East Girls Soccer team defeated Milford in the second round of the post-season soccer tourney by a score of 1-0 to move on to district play.  With temperatures hovering around 40 degrees and sustained winds of 20-30 mph, the Hawks overcame the weather and the Eagles with a second-half goal by Sophomore Sophia Amaya, with an assist from Junior Kayla Womack.  Senior Keeper Madison Hart had the shutout, with strong support from the defense.

The Hawks (9-6-3) (4-4-1), who are undefeated in the last four matches, will take on Fairfield TONIGHT at 7 p.m.  The match will be played at Hamilton High School stadium.  The winner will play for a District Championship on Saturday.
